Legal Credit Management Corp. (LCMC) has been established to respond to the business community’s need for a comprehensive approach to ever rising debt and delinquency.

Traditional collection agency approaches of credit damage and/or idle threats do not work in today’s sophisticated society. The traditional law firm, with protracted litigation and little to no telephone follow-up with debtors, has also proven to be ineffective.

LCMC sees the inadequacies and merits of both approaches and was established to combine the best of both. Through careful and extensive research and analysis, LCMC has concluded that debtors have grown numb to the calls and letters they receive from traditional collection agencies. The majority of the debtors will respond and take seriously communication they receive from a Law Firm’s Debt Recovery Division.

This new approach is proving to be more profitable for business in terms of increasing their accounts receivable asset, and maintaining good relations with their customers. Our goal is to exhaust all efforts to collect the debt without litigation. If we believe a lawsuit might result in a collection, then we will recommend legal action and the reasons for this recommendation.
