Unlike other collection agencies, we don’t close the account if all our efforts of collections are exhausted instead we assign the account/s listed with our office to our affiliate law firm in our phase two collections, to further continue collections from the Law Firm at No Extra Charge.

The sooner you assign the past due account/s to our office the better the probability that your receivables will be successfully collected. The converse is true the longer that you wait – for example, you would be running the risk of your debtor filing for bankruptcy or disconnecting their telephone numbers rendering them unreachable. We would highly recommend that you assign these accounts to our office within 90 days after the past due date.

Yes, you can. In fact many of our clients sign up for our Pre-Paid Collection letters, which have proven to be very successful for accounts which are 30 days up to 6 months past due. For each account we send two collection letters from our office instructing your clients to pay you directly.Our collection rates are waived during the Pre-Paid Collection letters program.

The fastest and most efficient way is to log-in through our secured website and enter your accounts on-line, you can also view the status of your accounts on-line. Alternately you can either fax or mail the accounts to our office.

Yes, we do handle accounts which another collection agencies were not able to recover.

Yes, we report all accounts to the credit bureau after 60 days from the date of the accounts being assigned to our office, FREE of charge.

Unfortunately if your client files for bankruptcy then in most cases your account is not collectable and your client is protected under the bankruptcy laws. We highly recommend that you assign any accounts to our office within 90 days after the past due date.The sooner you assign the past due account/s to our office the better the probability that your receivables will be successfully collected.

Any account which has a balance of $25,000.00 and less and is not more than 2 years old, can be filed in Small Claims Court.

As per the Collection Agency Act we are not allowed to contact the debtor by phone before 6 days from mailing our first collection letter to the last known address provided to us by our client.
